Night Shift FLT Driver (10pm‑6am)

About the role

Senior Salmon is looking for a reliable FLT Driver to join its night‑shift team in Cambridge. You will be responsible for moving goods safely between the warehouse and designated locations during the 10 pm‑6 am shift.

Key responsibilities

• Operate FLT vehicles to transport goods to and from the warehouse.
• Load and unload materials using forklifts and other handling equipment.
• Maintain accurate shipment, delivery and inventory records in the warehouse management system.
• Perform routine vehicle and equipment inspections and carry out basic repairs.
• Support shipping and receiving activities, ensuring all items are correctly stored.
• Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimise workflow and maintain health‑and‑safety standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with warehouse management systems and processes.
• Strong mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance.
• Ability to lift heavy items and work efficiently during night hours.
• Valid FLT counter‑balance licence appropriate for the vehicle type.
