Night Shift Picker

About the role

We are looking for a motivated night‑shift Picker to join our vibrant Eastleigh store team. Working overnight, you will help ensure customers receive the right products quickly and efficiently, supporting a range of store activities from shelf‑stocking to checkout assistance.

Key responsibilities

• Accurately pick and dispatch goods using a handheld terminal.
• Check product quality, shelf life and packaging integrity before delivery.
• Report any discrepancies or stock issues to the Store Manager.
• Assist with shelf replenishment, till operations and stock counts as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment during night hours.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic night owl with a can‑do attitude.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service.
• Willingness to work flexible night hours and adapt to varied tasks.

Required skills

• Handheld terminal operation.
