Stock Controller

About the role

We are looking for a Stock Controller to join our Fleet Engineering team, managing aircraft parts, materials and inventory across our main operating base, deployed locations and third‑party maintenance facilities. The role is shift‑based, covering days and nights, and includes a shift allowance.

Key responsibilities

• Manage aircraft parts and materials, including stock control, audits, rotation and shelf‑life monitoring.
• Prepare and issue spares, tools and materials for scheduled maintenance and support engineers by ensuring serviceable parts are available.
• Deploy and recover fly‑away packs for remote operations and handle unserviceable components for repair or overhaul.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using stock management systems and control hazardous, military‑restricted and export‑controlled items.
• Ensure storage facilities meet regulatory and compliance standards and support cost‑effective stock management and transportation.

Required profile

• Experience in stock control, stores, logistics or warehouse environments.
• Proficiency with computerized inventory or stock management systems and conducting stock checks/audits.
• Strong administration and record‑keeping skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks.
• Valid UK driving licence.
