About the role
Join the Premier Inn team in Belfast City Centre as a Nights Team Member. You will be the primary point of contact for overnight guests, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the night shift.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor the hotel premises during the night and respond to guest enquiries.
- Maintain health and safety standards and address any incidents promptly.
- Provide courteous customer service to help guests enjoy a restful stay.
- Assist with night‑time check‑ins and check‑outs as required.
Required profile
- Calm and friendly personality with a focus on guest safety.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Over 18 years of age; no prior experience needed.
