About the role

We are seeking a seasoned nonprofit executive to lead AI‑focused projects that support community and philanthropy initiatives. This remote, flexible engagement combines strategic nonprofit expertise with hands‑on AI prompt design and evaluation.

Key responsibilities

• Support AI‑related work targeting nonprofit, community, and philanthropy sectors.
• Design rubric‑style prompts for large language models and assess generated outputs.
• Create and review structured evaluation tasks linked to community programs, nonprofit operations, and philanthropic initiatives.
• Evaluate model reasoning, communication quality, and relevance to mission‑driven environments.
• Provide domain expertise to improve AI systems used by mission‑focused organizations.

Required profile

• Experience as a nonprofit director, philanthropy professional, community program expert, or a closely related role.
• Strong understanding of nonprofit operations, grantmaking, community engagement, or philanthropic programs.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Required skills

• Design of rubric‑style prompts for large language models.
• Critical evaluation of AI‑generated responses.
• Excellent analytical thinking and written communication.
