About the role
We are seeking an NQ+ Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a leading South London law firm’s property team. You will work on a busy, high‑quality residential conveyancing caseload while enjoying strong administrative support.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
- Deliver a high standard of client service and maintain strong relationships with clients and agents.
- Ensure files progress efficiently and comply with all regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- NQ+ Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive.
- Hands‑on experience in residential conveyancing.
Required skills
- Residential conveyancing knowledge.
- Client relationship management.
