Nursery Practitioner – Flexible Work in Sittingbourne

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Nursery Practitioners to support children aged 0–4 years in a variety of local nurseries. The role offers flexible days and hours between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, Monday to Friday, allowing you to choose the schedule that best fits your lifestyle.

Key responsibilities

• Engage children in messy play, arts and crafts, singing, storytelling and role‑play.
• Support structured learning activities and supervise outdoor and garden time.
• Assist with feeding, toileting and personal care when required.
• Help maintain a safe, nurturing environment for all children.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 months professional experience working with children (e.g., childminder, nanny, teaching assistant, babysitter).
• Childcare qualification or equivalent experience.
• Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one).
• Reliable, flexible and professional approach with a genuine passion for early years care.
