Nursery Practitioner Level 3

About the role

Joining Little Pioneers is seeking a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join our Swindon centre. You will be responsible for delivering high‑quality early years care and education, ensuring every child’s wellbeing and development are at the heart of everything you do.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age‑appropriate activities that support children’s learning and social development.
• Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment in line with regulatory standards.
• Observe, record and assess children’s progress, sharing insights with parents and the wider team.
• Collaborate with colleagues to create inclusive daily routines and support transitions.
• Adhere to safeguarding policies and complete an Enhanced DBS check.

Required profile

• Relevant early years qualification (Level 3 or equivalent).
• Enhanced DBS clearance (cost covered by employer).
• Open, honest and compassionate attitude.
• Passion for early years education and working with children.

Required skills

• Knowledge of early years curriculum and statutory frameworks.
• Ability to plan and implement engaging activities.
• Strong observation and record‑keeping skills.
