Nursery Room Leader

About the role

Reflections Nursery & Forest School in Worthing is seeking a qualified educator to lead a nursery room. You will work across all age groups, delivering high‑quality early years care and education within a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a nursery room, planning and delivering age‑appropriate activities.
• Work a 40‑hour week on a shift basis between 7:30 am and 6:30 pm, Monday‑Friday.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all children, adhering to safeguarding policies.
• Collaborate with fellow educators, mentors and on‑site tutors to maintain high standards.
• Maintain accurate records and support the ongoing assessment of children’s progress.

Required profile

• Full, relevant Level 2 or Level 3 early years qualification (DfE‑checked).
• Enhanced DBS clearance and suitable references.
• Enthusiastic, caring attitude with a desire to make a positive difference.
