O2C Analyst – French Speaking

About the role

This position sits within Sage’s Global Finance organisation and supports the Credit Notes & Refunds function in a transforming Order to Cash (O2C) environment. You will work across Southern Europe on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract, ensuring smooth and accurate financial operations while contributing to process improvement and a positive customer experience. The role is hybrid, requiring three days per week in our Newcastle office.

Key responsibilities

• Process and reconcile credit notes and refunds for Southern European customers.
• Maintain accuracy of financial data and support month‑end closing activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational stability.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional finance teams to resolve issues and optimise O2C workflows.
• Prepare and analyse reports on credit and refund activities.

Required profile

• Fluent French language skills (spoken and written).
• Experience in finance, accounting, or Order to Cash processes.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid setting and across multiple European markets.
