ODC Centralised Exception Resolution Clerk – Remote

About the role

The ODC Centralised Exception Resolution Clerk supports UPS's Global Brokerage Data Capture operation by managing export holds across the UK district. Working remotely after training, you will ensure accurate and timely resolution of data‑related package issues, contributing to smooth international shipments.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve data exceptions from multiple internal and external sources.
• Communicate with customers to support package resolution.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Origin Operations, and Hub Operations to facilitate package movements.
• Promote and follow up on corporate export requirements.
• Identify and suggest process improvements for export/import holds.

Required profile

• Prior experience as a Key Entry Operator or similar data‑entry role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions quickly.
• Good communication and analytical abilities.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a passion for problem solving.
