About the role
BrandSafway is seeking an Office Manager to lead daily office operations and support cross‑functional activities. The role ensures efficient, compliant, and cost‑effective processes while fostering a professional work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide leadership, direction, training, and supervision to office staff.
- Support sales, marketing, and division events, including literature coordination, trade shows, advertisements, and group event planning.
- Maintain efficient, cost‑effective office operations and improve office systems, processes, and best practices.
- Manage office supply inventory and drive supply‑efficiency initiatives.
- Assist leadership with legal compliance, facility maintenance, and health‑and‑safety policies.
- Execute daily, weekly, and monthly accounts payable and receivable processes.
- Liaise with the Payroll Department at the USSCO location.
- Utilize standard office equipment and technology to support administrative functions.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree in business preferred.
- 1–3 years of office management or administrative experience.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage rapidly changing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience processing complex, time‑sensitive information and making sound decisions.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Windows.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Experience using standard office equipment and administrative systems.
