Key responsibilities

• Provide premium customer service in line with brand and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain restaurant cars and related areas for smooth operation.
• Ensure the wellbeing and safety of allocated car and its passengers.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of onboard menus, boutique items, and route specifics.
• Promote and adhere to health and safety policies, reporting any concerns.

Required profile

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality or high‑touch service environments.
• Excellent communication skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to anticipate guest needs and handle high‑profile clientele discreetly.
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and work shifts, including weekends.
