Onboarding Specialist - Onsite

About the role

Reed Talent Solutions is seeking an Onboarding Specialist to join the Angard Staffing department in Northampton. You will support the Service Delivery Team by managing the onboarding journey for candidates applying to work with The Royal Mail Group, ensuring a smooth transition from application to start date.

Key responsibilities

• Creating and issuing offer letters and screening links for pre‑employment checks.
• Verifying right‑to‑work documentation.
• Guiding candidates through the onboarding journey from screening to offer acceptance.
• Updating multiple internal systems with candidate information.
• Working to targets and service level agreements in a high‑volume environment.

Required profile

• Experience in a customer‑service environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team and on a rotating shift pattern.
• High level of computer literacy.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
