About the role
Bimba y Lola is seeking a part‑time Online Order Management Assistant to support the online order operations of its Regent and Marylebone stores in Central London. The role involves handling all incoming and outgoing online orders, ensuring accurate fulfilment and high‑quality customer service. You will work closely with store staff and logistics partners to keep the online sales channel running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and organise all online packages and orders within the store.
- Ensure timely preparation, packaging, and dispatch of online purchases.
- Coordinate with store and logistics teams to track and update order status.
- Conduct quality checks on products before dispatch, ensuring items meet brand standards.
- Assist with stock management and inventory control related to online orders.
- Support pricing, labelling, and product documentation as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient workspace in the OMS area of the stock room.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail, e‑commerce or order fulfilment (preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with changing priorities.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic computer skills.
Required skills
- Experience with an OMS (order management system) or similar order tracking systems.
