Online Team Leader

About the role

Our online operations are essential in delivering Morrisons' products directly to customers' doors. As an Online Team Leader you will lead, support and coordinate a team to ensure every order is picked, packed and ready on time while maintaining high customer service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver outstanding, customer‑centric service and act on feedback for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate picking and dispatch routines, coaching colleagues to meet strict deadlines.
• Analyse department data with the Online Manager to identify opportunities, reduce substitutions and speed up processes.
• Maintain department standards, ensure legal compliance and manage team workload safely.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading or coaching teams in an online order environment.
• Strong operational knowledge of online order routines and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to build effective cross‑functional relationships across the store.
• Excellent organisational skills to manage workload, priorities and delivery schedules.
