Onsite Support – Dagenham

About the role

We are looking for an Onsite Support professional to join our Dagenham site, acting as the bridge between our branch team and the customer’s engineering leadership. The role combines commercial insight with technical knowledge to drive value for both Hayley Dexis and the client.

Key responsibilities

• Attend meetings with the site leadership team and act as the primary escalation point for the stores team.
• Identify improvement opportunities using knowledge of engineering consumables and parts, linking Hayley’s category experts to new tender opportunities.
• Monitor KPI performance and report progress against targets in collaboration with the branch team.
• Provide cover for holidays or absences across the onsite team, ensuring continuity of service.
• Maintain site cleanliness, health, safety and wellbeing standards.

Required profile

• Strong commercial drive with a sales‑oriented mindset.
• Experience in the MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) sector or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills across all organisational levels.
• Full, valid driving licence.
• Customer‑focused attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Required skills

• Proficient use of ERP systems.
• Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office.
