Operations Assistant

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support our client’s high‑growth team in High Wycombe. This entry‑level position offers the chance to work across order processing, customer service and supply‑chain coordination, providing a solid foundation for a career in operations.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and maintain accurate records in ERP and portal systems.
• Respond to enquiries, provide order updates and monitor deliveries.
• Resolve delivery issues and liaise with the Customer Service, Sales and Supply Chain teams.
• Produce regular reports and analyse order data to support continuous improvement.
• Assist with day‑to‑day operational tasks and process enhancements.

Required profile

• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous experience in administration, customer service or office environments is a plus.
• Interest in operations, logistics or supply‑chain processes.
