Operations Automation Lead Senior Associate

About the role

As an Operations Automation Lead Senior Associate you will spearhead intelligent automation initiatives that shape the future of operational efficiencies for the firm. You will coach and mentor team members, collaborate with stakeholders, design and deliver training on workflow automation, and help streamline and revolutionise core processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end process automation engagements, including requirements gathering, solution architecture, development, testing, deployment and continuous improvement.
• Identify, design and manage the operational automation strategy in partnership with key stakeholders and technology teams.
• Create the infrastructure needed to support intelligent automation capabilities.
• Develop automation solutions that increase capacity, reduce risk and streamline operations.
• Coach, mentor and train less‑experienced colleagues on automation tools and curricula.
• Manage delivery of Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to quantify automation benefits.

Required profile

• Seasoned experience delivering intelligent automation and business analysis.
• Proven ability to gather and analyse complex data, draw accurate conclusions and understand risk implications.
• Strong business and technical expertise with problem‑solving methodologies for complex operating models.
• Advanced knowledge of one or more intelligent automation applications and programming languages.
• Experience coaching and directing less‑experienced team members.
