Operations & Control Room Manager

About the role

EarnFlex is seeking an organised and reliable Operations & Control Room Manager to support its UK operations. The role involves overseeing daily operational activities, handling communications, and ensuring smooth coordination between field staff and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor day‑to‑day operations and keep tasks on track.
• Handle calls, emails, and messages professionally.
• Coordinate with field staff, supervisors, and internal teams.
• Manage shift queries, absences, late arrivals, and urgent changes.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and updates.
• Escalate urgent issues quickly to the appropriate person.
• Follow up on open tasks until completion.
• Support rota planning, scheduling, attendance, and general operations.
• Identify and help improve processes as the company grows.

Required profile

• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Calm and confident under pressure.
• High attention to detail and problem‑solving mindset.
• Professional attitude when dealing with clients, staff, and managers.
• Previous experience in operations, control rooms, scheduling, security operations, or customer support is preferred.

Required skills
