Operations & Logistics Coordinator

About the role

Dubreq, the owner of the Stylophone synthesizer brand, is seeking a proactive Operations & Logistics Coordinator to oversee global shipping, freight, stock and inventory processes. This role is ideal for someone with experience in freight forwarding, international shipping, and supply‑chain coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage import and export shipments across road, air and sea freight.
• Track global shipments and ensure on‑time delivery.
• Obtain quotes, compare freight options and arrange shipments with forwarders and couriers.
• Create and verify freight, customs and delivery documentation.
• Coordinate daily bookings and dispatches with third‑party logistics partners.
• Maintain stock levels, inventory accuracy and warehouse movements.
• Support order processing from receipt to dispatch, liaising with internal teams and external suppliers.
• Provide internal stakeholders with updates on shipment progress, delays, costs and timelines.

Required profile

• Proven experience in logistics, freight forwarding, global shipping or supply‑chain operations.
• Good understanding of road, air and sea freight modalities.
• Experience working with 3PL warehouses, carriers, couriers or freight forwarders.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to negotiate rates, obtain quotes and resolve delivery issues.
• Resilient, resourceful, adaptable and able to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
