Operations Manager – Catering Services

About the role

Vacherin is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day‑to‑day catering operations across multiple sites in the London region. You will work closely with on‑site managers and teams to ensure outstanding food and service delivery while maintaining compliance and financial performance.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily catering operations across a portfolio of sites.
• Lead, support, and develop on‑site managers and their teams.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, food hygiene, and brand standards.
• Manage financial performance, including budget control, forecasting, and cost efficiency.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain high customer satisfaction.
• Support new site mobilisations and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven operational experience in catering management, preferably contract catering.
• Strong understanding of P&L management, labour control, and compliance standards.
• Inspirational leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage remote teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and passion for delivering outstanding food and service.
