Join a rapidly expanding industry leader as our new Operations Manager (HV/DNO) based in Middlesbrough. This is a unique strategic role designed for an experienced professional looking to spearhead the development of a brand-new High Voltage division, build a dedicated team from the ground up, and progress towards a senior director position.

Missions principales

• Lead the strategic development and growth of the new HV division.
• Recruit, mentor, and manage a high-performing operational team.
• Drive project discussions from the initial design phase through to successful delivery.
• Act as the primary point of escalation for clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project teams to negotiate variations, extensions of time, and manage escalations effectively.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients during tendering and validation phases, managing updates on costs, scheduling, and timelines.

Profil recherché

• Proven operational track record within Distribution Network Operators (DNO), substations, or High Voltage (HV) environments.
• Strong leadership potential with a desire to transition into high-level management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex client relationships and technical project lifecycles.
• Ability to travel across the UK for site visits as required.
