About the role
Tether Operations Limited is looking for an Operations Specialist in Finance to join its multi‑asset investment and treasury platform. The role is hybrid, based in London, and will support the day‑to‑day functioning of a fast‑growing digital‑asset finance team.
Key responsibilities
- Support daily trade operations across multiple digital assets.
- Perform reconciliations of transactions and balances.
- Manage digital‑asset workflow processes.
- Identify and implement process automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate reporting.
Required profile
- Highly detail‑oriented individual.
- Strong technical capability.
- Experience operating within a multi‑asset investment or treasury environment.
- Excellent English communication skills.
