Operations Supervisor – Eastleigh

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our Pipe & Climate Centre team in Eastleigh. The role supports the Operations Manager and leads a frontline team to ensure health and safety standards, sales growth and efficient day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support and develop team members through progression planning and coaching.
• Assist the Operations Manager with health and safety compliance, sales performance, P&L review and credit control.
• Step in to perform operational tasks when required, including early feeder deliveries.
• Communicate effectively across all business functions to ensure smooth workflow.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales or operational environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
• Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Strong communication skills.
