About the role
The Operations Supervisor for Quick Commerce will lead a shift on an Amazon fulfilment site, ensuring that orders are processed and dispatched efficiently. You will act as the first point of contact for team members, supporting them to follow established processes and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Measure and monitor workflow performance, providing shift information to frontline management.
- Support, train and supervise associates in their daily tasks to deliver high‑quality service.
- Assist the Shift/Area Manager with projects aimed at process improvement, safety, and workforce engagement.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and support key performance areas.
- Use data analysis to identify opportunities to optimise safety, quality and productivity.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced warehouse or logistics environment.
- Ability to lead a team, communicate clearly and enforce safety and quality standards.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives.
