Operations & Supply Chain Assistant

About the role

Philip Kingsley is seeking an organised, proactive and detail‑focused Operations & Supply Chain Assistant to support the end‑to‑end supply‑chain process. The role offers hands‑on exposure across supplier management, customer order fulfilment and operational coordination, working closely with senior operations leaders and cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process and manage customer orders from receipt through to delivery, monitoring stock availability and handling amendments.
• Coordinate delivery bookings, documentation and order updates, and support resolution of delivery issues, shortages, returns and claims.
• Raise and maintain purchase orders for an assigned supplier portfolio, monitor production and delivery dates, and coordinate inbound deliveries.
• Process stock transfers, reworks and routine warehouse instructions, maintaining accurate supplier and inbound records.
• Support stock replenishment across customers, channels and locations, ensuring accurate stock, batch and expiry information.
