Operator – Betting Analysis (London)

About the role

As the company continues to expand, we are seeking an energetic individual with a basic understanding of betting processes to join our in‑house Analysis team in London. The role is office‑based, requiring you to be present five days a week and to work day, evening and weekend shifts as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Execute bets accurately and efficiently.
• Research new betting areas and market opportunities.
• Record and analyse data across multiple fields.
• Monitor market activity within the organisation and against competitors.
• Make rapid decisions based on changing information.
• Maintain clear communication with team members.

Required profile

• Demonstrably strong attention to detail.
• Focused and diligent work ethic under pressure.
• Fast mental arithmetic and strong numeracy skills.
• Willingness to work irregular shift patterns, including weekends.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of Google Sheets (lookups, SUMIFS, import ranges, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
