Organic Growth Lead, SEO & AI Search

About the role

Fleek is seeking an Organic Growth Lead to own the end‑to‑end SEO and AI search (AEO/GEO) program for its B2B second‑hand fashion marketplace. This senior individual‑contributor role reports to Growth and works closely with performance marketing, influencer, engineering, and CX teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the SEO and AI‑search strategy to drive new buyer acquisition.
• Design, build, and optimise landing pages and programmatic templates using marketplace data.
• Own the organic and AI‑search performance metrics and be accountable for growth targets.
• Collaborate with engineering on technical lifts and with CX to surface real customer questions.
• Scale Fleek’s presence across Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity and other AI‑driven search platforms.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience leading SEO or AI‑search initiatives with full ownership of results.
• Data‑driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into growth tactics.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally in a fast‑moving startup environment.
