Outbound Appointment Setter – Temporary (2‑4 weeks)

About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic outbound appointment setters to join a busy contact centre in Runcorn on a short‑term basis. The role runs Monday to Friday, 09:00‑17:30, for an initial period of 2‑4 weeks with the possibility of extension or a permanent position.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to businesses and customers to generate interest.
- Book appointments for the sales team and record details accurately.
- Update customer records in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily call and booking targets.
Required profile
- Excellent verbal communication and a confident telephone manner.
- Previous experience in outbound calling, sales or a contact‑centre environment is preferred.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven and able to work independently.

- Hourly rate of £13.33 (equivalent to £26,000 per annum).
