Outbound Customer Service Advisor – Medical Equipment

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Outbound Customer Service Advisor to join a leading medical equipment supplier in High Wycombe. You will work closely with on‑the‑road sales representatives to nurture existing customer relationships and promote a wide range of products and services.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales reps to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Support order entry, handle queries, and manage customer accounts.
• Promote new products and proactively address customer needs.
• Provide backup for the inbound team by handling calls, queries, and order processing.
• Make a minimum of 30 outbound calls daily, aiming for a 50% call‑to‑order conversion rate.
• Increase outbound call volume to 50 calls per day during the last four working days of each month.
• Meet monthly targets for call activity, turnover, and gross profit.
