Paid Media Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Paid Media Specialist to lead the planning, execution and optimisation of paid campaigns for a diverse portfolio of clients at a fast‑growing digital marketing agency in Manchester. The role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on management of Google Ads and paid social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise paid media campaigns across Google Ads and paid social platforms.
• Manage campaigns end‑to‑end, from setup through scaling and ongoing performance improvement.
• Own client accounts, using data and insights to inform strategy and maximise ROI.
• Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth transition into campaign delivery.
• Produce clear, insightful reporting for clients and internal stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, tools and platform developments.
• Contribute to campaign strategy and assist with new‑business initiatives as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of paid‑media experience, preferably in an agency environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced setting.
• Passion for digital marketing and continuous learning.
