Paid Social Executive

About the role

The Paid Social Executive will join Motel’s digital marketing team in Cheltenham, supporting the planning, execution and optimisation of paid social campaigns across key platforms. Working closely with brand, creative and social teams, you will help drive performance for product launches, seasonal drops and other marketing moments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, launch and manage paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and emerging placements such as TikTok Shop.
• Analyse campaign data using tools like Triple Whale, produce performance reports and deliver actionable insights.
• Build and refine audience segments, including prospecting, look‑alike, interest‑based and retargeting pools.
• Design and execute A/B tests across channels, report findings and implement optimisation recommendations.
• Conduct market and trend research to identify opportunities and monitor competitor activity.
• Collaborate with creative teams to leverage creator content, manage TikTok Spark Ads and boost posts on other platforms.
• Provide administrative support to the digital marketing team and ensure timely coordination with brand and social departments.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with a data‑led approach to campaign optimisation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, able to work cross‑functionally.
• Interest in fashion and e‑commerce trends is a plus.
