Paid Social Manager – eCommerce (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Paid Social Manager to lead paid social activity for a fast‑growing eCommerce business. You will own end‑to‑end campaign management across multiple product categories, driving customer acquisition, revenue growth and brand awareness through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and LinkedIn.
• Manage budgets efficiently to meet KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rate.
• Collaborate with Creative and E‑commerce teams to produce engaging ad creatives and assets.
• Conduct audience testing, retargeting and A/B testing to maximise performance.
• Analyse results using Meta Ads Manager, GA4 and reporting tools, providing regular insights.
• Stay up‑to‑date with platform developments, trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience managing paid social campaigns, either in‑house or agency‑side.
• Strong commercial mindset with excellent analytical abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
