Paid Social Manager

About the role

We are a growing creative agency looking for an experienced Paid Social Manager to lead and expand our paid social offering. You will work on a diverse client portfolio, primarily retail and destination brands, and also manage the agency’s own paid social channels.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok.
• Use paid media to amplify high‑performing organic content.
• Manage the agency’s paid social marketing on LinkedIn, Meta and other platforms.
• Collaborate closely with social, content and client services teams.
• Analyse performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of paid social experience.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads Manager.
• Proven track record running TikTok campaigns.
• Confident managing budgets and optimising performance.
• Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset.
• Ability to juggle multiple campaigns and priorities.
• Agency experience is a plus, not essential.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads or GA4 is advantageous.
