Paint Sprayer – £15/hr + Training & Overtime

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a multi‑million‑pound specialist equipment supplier in Bristol. This is a permanent, full‑time Monday‑to‑Friday position working in a purpose‑built workshop, preparing and painting large‑scale commercial and industrial equipment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces and components for painting, ensuring proper cleaning and masking.
• Operate spray equipment to apply paint finishes to commercial and industrial machinery.
• Maintain a clean and safe workshop environment and follow health & safety procedures.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to meet quality standards and project deadlines.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer, preferably in an engineering or automotive setting.
• Ability to commute to Avonmouth/Bristol area.
• Commitment to a stable, permanent role with a Monday‑Friday schedule.

Required skills

• Paint spraying using industrial spray equipment.
• Surface preparation and masking techniques.
• Knowledge of commercial and industrial painting standards.
