Panel Beater

About the role

We’re looking for a Panel Beater to join our Activate Accident Repair team in Mildenhall. You will restore accident‑damaged vehicles to their pre‑accident condition, working with a range of body panels and trim.

Key responsibilities

• Repair and replace damaged panels, trim and interior components to manufacturer standards.
• Use specialist body repair equipment such as measuring tools, body jigs, welding machines and smart‑repair devices.
• Ensure repaired vehicles meet safety standards and document any faults on the job card.

Required profile

• ATA / NVQ Level 3 qualification.
• Good communication, decision‑making and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong health & safety awareness and time‑management skills.
• Relevant industry experience as a repair technician.

Required skills

• Proficiency with measuring equipment for bodywork.
• Experience using body jigs and welding equipment.
• Ability to operate smart‑repair tools.
