About the role
We are seeking a Paralegal with commercial contracts expertise to support our client’s legal counsel on a short‑term, part‑time basis. The position is fully remote, requiring approximately 1.5 days per week, and starts immediately.
Key responsibilities
- Review and analyse a variety of commercial contracts across the organisation.
- Provide concise feedback and recommendations to the legal counsel.
- Assist in drafting amendments and ensuring contractual compliance.
- Collaborate with internal teams operating in multiple international jurisdictions.
- Undertake additional ad‑hoc legal tasks as required.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a paralegal working on commercial contracts.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Comfortable navigating international contexts and cross‑border agreements.
- Genuine interest in social impact and purpose‑driven work.
