Paralegal – Commercial Legal Team

About the role

Join the Commercial Legal team at Homes England as a Paralegal and help accelerate housing delivery across the UK. Reporting to the Head of Legal (Commercial), you will provide proactive legal support on a mixed caseload of transactional and governance matters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Head of Legal in delivering first‑class legal advice to internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and review commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with policy and legislation.
• Instruct and manage external solicitors to secure the best legal advice for the agency.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to streamline legal service provision.
• Support the agency’s mission to increase new home delivery through effective legal solutions.

Required profile

• Experience working with commercial contracts in a fast‑paced environment.
• Highly motivated, adaptable and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and intellectual abilities.
