About the role

Join the Family team of a respected medium‑sized law firm as a Paralegal Legal Assistant. You will support a Partner and fee earners on high‑profile family law matters, working directly with high‑net‑worth clients from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

  • Liaise extensively with clients, courts and chambers.
  • Attend client and internal meetings as required.
  • Prepare bundles, manage case administration and conduct AML checks.
  • Open new files, manage diaries and monitor court dates.
  • Draft correspondence and documents, including using digital dictation.
  • Monitor email inboxes and act as the first point of contact for clients.

Required profile

  • Minimum one year of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant in family law.
  • Law degree or other recognised legal qualification.
  • Ability to support senior lawyers and handle high‑profile client interactions.
