Paralegal – French Speaking (Corporate Inward Investments)

About the role

We are seeking a French‑speaking Paralegal to join our Corporate French Inward Investments team in London. You will support French companies entering the UK market by providing advice on English business law and bridging cultural and legal differences.

Key responsibilities

• Advise French clients on English business law matters, collaborating with specialist teams as required.
• Conduct legal research and interpret new statutes and regulations.
• Participate in marketing activities such as seminars and client pitches.
• Attend Franco‑British business and trade networking events in London and elsewhere.
• Deliver high‑quality client service and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and intermediaries.

Required profile

• Fluent in French and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of French and English legal systems (knowledge of French law is desirable).
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and produce clear, concise advice.
• Team‑player with excellent relationship‑building skills.
