Paralegal – Legal & Compliance

About the role

Join the Legal and Compliance function at Jaguar Land Rover as a Paralegal, supporting commercial teams across sales, marketing and distribution. You will work on a diverse mix of legal matters that directly impact the business and its iconic brands.

Key responsibilities

• Advise, draft and negotiate commercial agreements covering vehicle sales, distribution, fleet leasing, parts, warranties, advertising, marketing, promotions, sponsorships, partnerships and consumer protection.
• Manage a busy workload while overseeing external legal counsel and ensuring timely delivery of high‑quality advice.
• Build and maintain strong communication channels with UK and international teams across the business.
• Take ownership of matters under supervision, collaborating with Legal & Compliance and broader business stakeholders.
• Apply independent, lateral thinking to analyse business decisions and influence outcomes.

Required profile

• Recognised law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• Experience in a sales and marketing environment is preferred.
• Ability to analyse complex issues and provide clear, practical legal advice.
• Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage and influence at all levels.
• Proven capability to manage varied workload and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
