Paralegal – Residential Property (London)

About the role

Our client, a leading London law firm, is seeking a motivated Paralegal to support its Residential Property team. The role offers exposure to a varied conveyancing caseload within a fast‑paced, supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with all stages of residential conveyancing transactions.
• Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts and completion statements.
• Liaise with clients, solicitors, lenders, estate agents and other third parties.
• Progress property files from initial instruction through to post‑completion.
• Support fee earners to ensure efficient transaction flow and meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in residential property or conveyancing.
• Strong understanding of the residential sale and purchase process.
• Experience completing and submitting required protocol forms.
• Good knowledge of AML requirements and compliance procedures.
• Excellent organisational, written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a busy environment.
