Paraplanner – Boutique Wealth Management Firm

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Paraplanner to join a boutique independent wealth‑management practice based near Reigate. The role offers a hybrid working model after an initial onboarding period and provides full study support towards Chartered status.

Key responsibilities

• Produce end‑to‑end client reports and compile advice documentation alongside advisers.
• Perform cash‑flow modelling and assist with annual review preparation.
• Collaborate with a dedicated Team Leader and experienced administrators to ensure high‑quality advice delivery.
• Maintain client records and support the advisory team on pension, investment and tax planning matters.

Required profile

• Currently studying towards a Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (or equivalent).
• Minimum 18 months of paraplanning experience.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a small, client‑focused team.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Fusion, Abrdn, AJ Bell platforms, Cashcal and FE Analytics.
• Proficiency in cash‑flow modelling and report writing.
