Paraplanner – Diploma Qualified (Hybrid)

About the role

We are seeking a Diploma‑qualified Paraplanner to join a respected wealth‑management firm. The role is hybrid, offering a supportive environment where you will work on complex financial plans covering pensions, ISAs, GIAs, trusts and later‑life planning.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research and analysis across a range of financial products and strategies.
• Write clear, accurate, and compliant suitability reports.
• Collaborate closely with Financial Planners to deliver tailored client solutions.
• Provide technical support on trusts, inheritance tax planning, investment strategies and retirement income solutions.
• Maintain up‑to‑date client records and ensure timely implementation of advice.
• Stay informed on regulatory updates and industry trends.

Required profile

• Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (DipPFS) – essential.
• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within an IFA/wealth‑management setting.
• Strong technical knowledge of pensions, investments and later‑life planning.
• Excellent research, report‑writing and attention‑to‑detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
