Paraplanner – Financial Services (Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Paraplanner to join our growing financial services team in Richmond. The role supports advisers by producing accurate, client‑ready documentation and offers clear progression, greater autonomy and a collaborative culture.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive paraplanning output, including research, product comparisons and suitability documentation.
• Work closely with advisers to tailor recommendations and draft client‑ready reports.
• Maintain accurate client records, ensure regulatory compliance and support annual reviews.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline case management and documentation.
• Assist with project work and ad‑hoc analysis as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in financial planning support or paraplanning.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, client‑friendly material.
• Proactive, collaborative and adaptable with a genuine interest in learning and growth.
• Excellent communication and teamwork capabilities.
