Paraplanner – Hybrid role in Bath with up to £55k

About the role

The successful candidate will join an established Chartered Financial Planning firm in Bath, working alongside experienced Financial Planners to produce high‑quality technical reports and support client outcomes. The role is hybrid, offering three days in the office and two days remote, and provides a clear pathway for those who wish to progress to an Adviser position.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare detailed financial planning reports and recommendations for clients.
• Conduct research and analysis to support advisers in delivering tailored solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the planning team to continuously improve processes and service quality.

Required profile

• Diploma Level 4 qualification (or near completion).
• Proven paraplanning experience within a financial planning environment.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high‑quality client outcomes.

Required skills

• Technical knowledge of financial planning concepts and report writing.
