Paraplanner – Hybrid role in London for HNW/UHNW clients

About the role

We are seeking a Level 4 qualified Paraplanner to join a market‑leading independent IFA in London. You will work within a well‑structured pod supporting three advisers and collaborate closely with a senior financial administrator.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical paraplanning support to three advisers serving high‑net‑worth and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
• Prepare complex financial plans covering investments, pensions, tax, trusts and bespoke wealth strategies.
• Ensure all work is compliant, client‑focused and of the highest quality.
• Collaborate in a pod environment, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.

Required profile

• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning (essential).
• 18‑24 months of hands‑on paraplanning experience, operating confidently at paraplanner level.
• Strong technical understanding of pensions, investments and holistic financial planning.
• Proactive, detail‑driven and comfortable supporting multiple advisers.

• Salary £45,000‑£47,000 (flexible for ~3 years experience).
