Paraplanner – Independent Financial Advice Firm

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a rapidly growing Independent Financial Advice business in Battle. You will work closely with senior advisers to deliver high‑quality, compliant financial advice for complex client cases.

Key responsibilities

• Research, analyse and formulate financial advice recommendations for advisers.
• Prepare accurate suitability reports, advice letters and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Provide technical support across investments, pensions, inheritance tax planning, trusts and protection.
• Collaborate with advisers, administrators and compliance teams to ensure excellent client outcomes.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of paraplanning processes and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner within a financial services environment.
• Strong technical knowledge of investment, pension and tax‑efficient planning concepts.
• Ability to produce clear, compliant documentation and client‑focused reports.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a willingness to support continuous process improvement.
