Paraplanner – Independent Financial Planning Firm

About the role

Join a leading independent financial planning firm in Cobham, supporting advisers across the full client lifecycle. You will provide technical expertise, produce detailed reports and act as a liaison between providers and advisers.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare suitability, annual review and portfolio reports using Intelligent Office.
• Conduct technical research, cash‑flow, risk and investment analysis.
• Manage transfers, new business and policy administration as the primary contact for providers.
• Support high‑net‑worth clients and attend meetings alongside advisers.
• Liaise with compliance to ensure accurate fee and commission records.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Paraplanner.
• Level 4 Diploma qualified (CISI Level 4 / DipPP).
• Excellent report‑writing, research and analytical abilities.
• Process‑driven with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to build trusted client relationships.
